I have done a simulation modeling of single cell battery. And then I want to raise the value of the battery voltage by adding some more single cell-batteries modelling in series, the result was not as I expected. The voltage does not raised up significantly. Does anyone know how to do the modeling of multi -cell battery in series or parallel?

single cell batteries won't give you the performance you want.
even if you want to use them, try to shorten the conductor lengths and use copper wires.

If you connect multiple cells in series, which is by far the best way to do this, you should see the total battery voltage be a sum of the voltage of each cell.
Connecting battery cells is parallel is not ideal. Why? Because cells are supposed to be voltage sources, presumably with very low internal impedance. As such, parallel connections can result in high internal currents, which is wasted energy. To defend against this, you can install diodes in series with each cell, but that has its own disadvantages. The diodes would prevent recharging, and the diodes also knock down the voltage of each cell.
Yes, theoretically and ideally, if cells of the same voltage are connected in parallel, without diodes in the mix, you would not expect to see high internal currents. But what if the voltage levels are not precisely the same? Then you have voltage sources, with low internal impedance, looping current between cells.
In practice, with identical cell manufacturer and type, one can get away with such parallel connection designs. But I've always felt they are a compromise.
But, what is the model telling you that you don't agree with?
