I have some geographical condition data in the form of shapefile (.shp). I need data in the form of .bil or .asc to be analyzed using Maxent. Can you tell me how to convert it?

Try to QGIS, raster - conversion - vector to raster, after, raster - conversion - translate format (convert format), save as ascci in a direction, it is important to modify the attribute table before converting the vector to raster.

if is your shapefile is a polygon, you can use the tool (polygon to raster), then convert the raster to ASCII using the tool (Raster to ASCII)
