if you generated data from, for example, Qiagen, they provide a web tool that build it for free. otherwise go to online tools which is , btw, not accurate.

Have you tried MeV (Multiple Experiment Viewer)? . I was using it ages ago

for Heat Maps from Affymatrix data sheets, I had download the program back then, now I see they have a web version(?) (http://mev.tm4.org/#/welcome). Maybe you can check it out. Just another option ...

You could try it in R, there are many packages dedicated to heatmap drawing. My favorite package is pheatmap. If you are interested, I can send you the finished script. The example of heatmap drawn in this package is in my article Article The chemical profiling of fatty acids during the brewing process
