Dear all,
I am very disappointed with an ISI journal due to its being unaccountable to the corresponding author's email. Actually, the editor-in-chief never replies my email. I contacted the publisher and it seems they don't reply the publisher's emails neither.
How can I make a complaint against the journal to Thomson Reuters? Is there any link for that?

ISI and Thompson Reuters do not own the WoS anymore, the owners now is Clarivate Analytics. The complaint should not be addressed to Calrivate Analytics because this is only an indexing database. Your complaint should be addressed to the editor or the publisher of the journal where you sent your paper.

Sorry to hear about your problems. I would encourage you to be assertive rather than judgmental, and to remember the original reason why you wanted to speak to this author. Perhaps there's another way that you can locate them and communicate. Authors are often changing institutions and associated email addresses. It is not really the journal's fault if that is the case in your situation.

It is very frustrating when the editorial team does not reply emails.

Simply withdraw your paper and submit somewhere else. We can't change someone's behavior but we can change our course of action.so don't be emotional.these things do take place. Wish you good luck in journal search.I would suggest you to first exchange few emails with editor before submitting paper.This way you will be able to determine promptness of corresponding staff.I have personally tried this technique.it works.
