are you sure that you have specific measure for your context. You can check in the literature to be sure ? It's important when we have questionnaire ton have the model to really appreciate all your measure and scale are relevant.
For me when you have to work in a new context like Social media it's important to have scale related with this context. So your scale are from old references : Consumer expertise (Netemeyer and Bearden, 1992) and Perceived Informational value (Okleshen and Grossbart, 1998)
Try to find new scale more relevant with the SM context

I think that you need an introduction at the top of the instrument, similar to what you have in Perceived Respondent Expertise. In this introduction, focus the attention of your respondent on the "brand community."
Note that social media as a whole is much bigger than a community focused around a specific brand. How will you ensure that the people you survey are part of the brand community you want?
Also remember that people in a "brand community" are likely to LIKE the brand. You are not likely to get replies from people who dislike the brand. Be sure to account for this in your analysis.

Actually, In the questionnaire, I have mentioned that the participants name the most important brand community (fan page) of which they are member and rank the items of the questionnaire based on the brand community they have named.
