Hi, I received some AAV samples and the capsid titer value is 3.54e+11 (capsids/ml); now how do I know the concentration in ug/ml?
Dear Alok Patra
AAV titres are generally represented with units as genome copies (GC) or viral genomes (vg)or capsid units (U) per ml of the AAV particle suspension.
you can get a general overview here-
https://blog.addgene.org/aav-titers-where-do-they-come-from-and-what-do-they-mean
Thus, I am not sure of your reason behind calculating the AAV titre concentration in ug/ml.
Instead of checking only the mRNA level, I want to check the active protein level of MMP-1 in Liver tissue from mice. How can I do that?
