Hello,

I am quite new in making slice so I have some questions.

I would like to make section of the tumors on Superfrost slides 5 microns. The staining will be done 14 days later. Do I need to keep the slides on -80 degrees or I could put them in fridge in the plastic holder parafilmed. I notices on some sites that they have done fixation with Super frost so I am little confused should I do or not.As long as I see from these answers drying on air is just enough.
