the spectra show that the specific absorbance decrease when the wave length increase until 575 nm, after the 575 nm, the specific absorbance increase with length wave for doped glass, and continue decreasing for the undoped glass (E1: CuO 0%, E3:0.195%).
The doped glass has been manufactured totally, and we are using Genesys 20 spectrophotometer (UV -Vis), with a step of (5 nm).

On other part, do you know the cut off of your glass and what a kind of UV-Vis spectrometer are you using (e.g single beam, dual beam , diode arrays...).

Let us first comment that the quality of spectra provided is very low. So, there is unable to obtain a meaningful interpretation. You need to repeat your measurements in order to increase S/N ratio.
But, most important is that you have claimed about Cu-doped silicate system, but they usually are associated with formation of CuO (Td) (d9 configuration, 1Ag-1Eg'', about 250 nm). In the presence of reduction process there is found Cu++/Cu+ decomposition. Cu+ is d10 and presumably it complexes should be colourless, but the substances are yellow, which can be eventually due to a 3d94s1 configuration. But, this state, however, is low stable one, because of, generally, 3d94s2 (Cu0) is unstable state. More stable is 3d104s1 (Cu0).
For a 3d94s1 configuration of Cu+ there are 1Ag-3Eg or 1Ag-3Eg'' levels depending on the symmetry of the Cu+-chromophore, corresponding to energy difference 300 - 340 nm.
In your cases there are bands about 500 nm, meaning that the colour of your doped system should be blue-green. In this context most probably you are not obtained a doped system. This spectrum is rather typical for CuII-complexes with acetate or nitrate ligands.
In order to evaluate have you obtained doped system, in general, you should perform, first, independent solid-state IR and XRD measurements. Second, you should include more then one ratio of CuO concentration, for example 3-4. A meaningful structural information about Cu-chromophore environment, because of UV-VIS spectra depend on its geometry, can be deduced by a set compositions with different concentrations. Furthermore not only applying a conventional optical spectroscopic techniques. Even if you claim that there is possible inclusion of polycrystalline CuO, you need XRD and IR to evidence this, before UV-VIS/DRS analysis.
