Recently, I have synthesized a MOF with zinc and a protein ligand which has monoclinic unit cell. Then, graphene oxide was added to MOF to explore its effect on the structure of MOF which caused to create a few new peak in the XRD pattern and its SEM image also indicated that the morphology was changed from rectangular prism on macro scale to Spherical Empty-like structures made up of hundreds of rectangular prism shape crystals. Now, here is the question how to determine the unit cell structure and also to explore the changes in the angles and briefly to interpret the XRD pattern considering not being able to obtain a proper X-ray diffraction analysis. Please, let me know.

You have improper XRD pattern and you want to get detailed information about the structure. Is that wright?
I suggest you to share the XRD pattern as well as the test parameters and let the experts give the guidance.
