From the photograph SEM, it is impossible to distinguish two types of particles. You can try to blindly determine the content of elements in two different particles and compare them, Such a definition will not be convincing for experts. For a convincing proof, it is necessary to get infrared spectra and Raman spectra of two samples and see how the frequencies of the characteristic functional groups change. Compare them with those already studied and then draw conclusions.
from SEM images you can only analyse the morphology of nanostructures. You can tell about shape and size of sheets. Agglomerated sheets can be observed through layered type of structure. Your SEM image shows some of the small sheets and some agglomerated layered large sheets.
Although it is very difficult to conclude from SEM, but still some how you can make difference up-to 30% accuracy. But is it equally important that you should take DLS, UV, Raman and XPS in consideration before concluding your findings. I am going to attach two of my micro graphs (1= GO, 2=rGO). Both of them were also characterize through other mentioned methods.
Please compare them with you one. They are Graphene Nano-composite materials. (GO and rGO)
