How to interpret protein interaction through alphafold3?

I am trying to analyze protein protein interaction with wild type as well as mutated version. but alphafold 3 give interaction which i am not able to interpret like we just need to note PTM,iPTM an dPAE value? but these values are same for every type of interaction.
