How to interpret if Sen Slope is zero but there is a trendline in excel graph?

Hi . I am working on climatic extremes of Pakistan. In MK analysis the Sen's slope of a particular zone is zero "flat" but when I made a graph in excel for the same values with station names .It provided me a slightly increasing trend. How can I interpret the results ? I don't know whether there is a problem with analysis .Kindly assist me.
