How to interface Semi conductor physics and Fluid flow physics in COMSOL?. What are the parameters to be considered while we interface them?

I am using a silicon nano wire in microfluidic channel to identify the some changes in parameters like voltage and current. but i am unable to interface them. the two physics run individually but not two at a time. if i want to run those two at a time, what are the parameters to be defined. Please help me in this regard.

Hi Shaik

I guess that the physics are not coupled. There are built-in couplings in COMSOL for "Multiphysics" problems such as piezoelectric, piezo resistive:

You can also add multiphysics by yourself:
