Dear all
I would like to install Humann2 . As per the instruction I need to install the required softwares { (MetaPhlAn2), Bowtie2 (version >= 2.2),Diamond (version >= 0.7.3 } for Humann2 in a location in my PATH?
I tried using pip tool but it is not working for me.
How can I easily do that job?

You can view and/or set your path in different ways depending upon if you are using Windows, Linux, or Mac. It sounds like you can either view what's already in your path, and install into one of those locations, OR install wherever is convenient, and add that location to your path.
