I am currently writing my thesis on CFD analysis on dual-fuel hydrogen diesel engine to understand the behavior of emissions. At present I am using ANSYS Forte to conduct the CFD analysis. I have gone through a couple of research work and was wondering how the authors conducted CFD analysis at 0%, 25%, and 100% load conditions. I am aware of absolute intake manifold pressure. My question is, how to conclude the suitable pressure values for each load conditions.

Not sure I fully understand your question, but I suggest that you decide the goal of your driving force, which is 100%, and then apply resisting force to crankshaft piston at the desired ratio.
So, you need the manifold absolute pressure associated with an engine speed and an output power. First you need to know how the engine is controlled. Is it stoichiometric or lean? I assume it is boosted. You can calculate an estimate:
1. Power and BSFC can be used to calculate fuel flow
2. Air Fuel ratio and fuel flow can be used to calculate air flow
3. You can either assume a MAP value, and see what the air flow is or you can follow this
Load of engine is controlled via fuel amount.
For example: for diesel engine load is controlled in stratified mode (mixing in compression stroke), through injection pulse width and pressure.
In case of SI engine the throttle opening is indirectly controlling fuel amount as they operate at stochiometric mixture. Throttle amount indirectly controls fuel amount in homogenous mode.
