How to infect OCI-AML3 cells and analyze fluorescence ?

I have problems to infect and/or analyze fluorescence of a fusion protein in OCI-AML3 cells. I infect the cells overnight with 10 MOI of a lentivirus expressing a GFP/RFP/protein. 4 days later, I fix the cells and analyse them at the confocal. I do not see fluorescent dots that I am supposed to get.

Is anyone used to infect these cells?
