Dear Dr. Sami,

I don't understand your question very well. What do you need? Do you need to cause reproductive toxicity to lead to sterility, or just let the mice unable to get pregnant? If it is the latter, just isolate the famales and males at different space, or do vasectomy or tubal ligation.

If you have any questions, please comtact me. I have conducted seveal experiments on the reproductive toxicity of microcystins.
