check out the Graph ring thickness multiplier options.it can help u to increase it.

This option can be tuned by referring page number 50 of the attached manual.

In the configuration options you find 2 tabs, one is "Image Settings". Here you have the option of Ring Thickness multiplier that can be used for your graph. However, I experienced sometimes problems with the correct depiction of the image if a newer java version is installed.

although the above answers are correct, and you can just increase the thickness of the bands through the settings, bear in mind that if you have a large number of isolates compared to one another, the rings are bound to get squished together and hence appear "thinner" . I'd suggest decreasing the number of isolates you're comparing and try to have a representative of each identically aligned group of isolates.
