I have a Simulink gain block that houses the A- matrix of the plant and I want to add randomness into the parameters of A-matrix. How do I achieve that in Simulink?

I second Michael that you can add uncertaintainty in the elements of the A matrix by adding a random number to the elements of the matrix such that
aij = aijcertain + aij rand,
You can limit ai rand to the range which you intend.

Alternatively, you may consider using the Uncertain State Space block for the flexibility in specifying the type of uncertainty.

Yew-Chung Chak, can you kindly show me an example detailing the implementation of this block ? I have tried using it but its not yielding the desired results.
[1 2;3 4]+2*rand(2,2)
where [1 2;3 4] is the matrix, A. where 2 is the maximum amplitude of uncertainties and rand(2,2) is the matrix of random number of size of A.
