I'm working on a crack propagation analysis in ABAQUS. Firstly, I get an ODB from a differnt group where load was applied in their simulation and they obtained results in terms of stress-strain. Now, I've to use those stress-strain results as applied load for the XFEM crack analysis in ABAQUS. I can import stress using predefined field or MAP SOLUTION method. But the problem is- both predefined field and MAP SOLUTION import the stress-strain as the initial condition of a simulation. What I need is to import the stress strain in the Step-1 not in the initial step.
Is there any way to firstly import the stress-strain in the initial step and transfer those in the next step of the same simulation?
