Thank you @Ahmed Alwan Shebrem for recommending my question.

After a while working with the software, I have figured out how to deal with my problem.

The solution is simple:

- Open the APDL project -> receive all of the project's code generated from working process (this can be found in the log file) -> paste the code into a notepad and save it under .txt file type.

- Open ansys workbench -> create "Mechanical APDL" standalone system -> right-click "Analysis" -> "Add input file" -> browse for the .txt file created above. The system should now have all information derived in APDL.

I want to share the solution here in case somebody needs it.
