Managing diversity in organizations has become very important lately. Efficient management is necessary to leverage the competitive advantage of the diversified team in an organization for achieving success.

Friday & Friday (2003) projects eight steps which contribute to the efficient diversity management: exposure, experience, understanding, respect, knowledge, appreciate, modifying attitudes and the behaviors and finally healthy interaction. maybe you might specify your question a bit. There are so many " behavior systems", depending on the needs of an organization, starting with personnel selection, onboarding, performance mgt systs., trainings, competency modelling etc. For each system there's a plethora of findings... to implement an HR system it is recommendable to start with Jiang's et al. metaanalysis (2012) where the impact of differerent HR systems is shown.
