If your institution has access to Cabell's International, they provide both a white and black list of journals. The black list represents those that Cabell's views as predatory or having deceptive practices. The white list provides an indicator of journals that meet best practices (i.e. blind review, not being pay to play, etc.). Journals within the white list also are described based on their impact, acceptance rate, and other factors.
