I am planning on ordering primers to amplify a gene of interest from genomic DNA. (C. elegans nuclear extract).

I have different primer possibilities, and I don't want to waste money on ordering primers that could amplify other regions and create excess background noise. Is there any software or web programs which offer a resource like this?
