Dear All,

I would like to homogenize cornea tissues from human patients. I need the homogenate as it is, because I want to inject it in mice, therefore I am not using any detergent in the buffer (1X PBS + inhibitors).

I have "trained" with cow and pig tissue trying to pulverize the cornea in liquid nitrogen, however after homogenization at 8,200 rpm (3x20 seconds with 30 seconds of pause), the homogenate I obtain has a lot of debris that make difficult to withdraw it with a micropipette.

I hope someone can help me.

Thank you in advance.
