To grow the crystals for a non polar organic compounds, dissolve it in n-hexane or petroleum ether & keep it overnight. You are likely to get crystals of non-polar compd.
it is not about the polarity of the compound but how well the compound is able to "organise" itself. Typically, the compound must have aromatic groups or ring structures that give it some structural rigidity.
Methanol would be my first choice. You can tweak the polarity with a ffew percent ethyl acetate or acetonitrile. Make a concentrated solution of your compound, chill it in dry ice, and your chances are fairly good ... if the material is in fact a solid.
Less polar solvents are useful. Siloxane compounds are most available, but perfluorinated compounds are least polarity solvents at RT. Perfluorohexane is most common in use, CAS [ 2070-70-4] Perfluoro(4-methylpent-2-ene) http://www.molbase.com/en/cas-2070-70-4.html is slightly more polar - it is "non-active" dimer of hexafluoropropylene, readily available and low-toxic non-flammable compound

it would be helpful if You gave at least one solvent in which the compound does not dissolve (asides from water) and whether You can get a solid after evaporation to dryness (crystallization of such oils may take days or weeks) this is mainly to see whether the compound has a solid crystalline form,
but if the suggestion of Mr. Madhukar does not work id suggest using Pentane/polar solvent solutions (in a ratio 10:1 respectively - or any other ratio in which Your compound dissolves), where leaving the flask with a tight cotton plug in the fumehood will allow the pentane to slowly evaporate, creating oversaturation due to the increasing concentration of the polar solvent. I would suggest pentane/dry EtOH (because it is miscible with practically every single solvent) mixture as a starting point.

I have tried hexane -DCM and Hexane- Chloroform, but after evaporation of solvent I got my compound in semi solid or liquid form. But when I tried Methanol and Heaxane (1 : 1) as solvent for crystallization, it has worked very well and I have got good crystal. Thanks every one!!
