How to get the crystalline structure of silver nanoparticles for the study of molecular docking?

I am aware about the fact that single silver ion can not be consider as silver nanoparticles. So, how can we draw the crystalline structure of silver nanoparticles? or is it possible to draw the structure of AgNPs in chemsketch or chemdraw?
