You can use Comsol multyphysics for simulation and there is an examole about simulation of artery vessel in Comsol website.

Mohammed Abdul Hameed Khan No, I don't think Fluent has that capability. In CFX you can find out "Immersed Solid" option but that is not exactly what I was looking.
