Hi Joana

Most of times there are some GO terms which might be redundant (or not relevant to your research). You may sort them by their p-value and report ones with lower p-values first. By the way, how did you do your GO analysis?

Thank you Anton Vrdoljak I will check your recommendations. Maybe I'll find something helpful:) Thank you Ali Javadmanesh for the tip, I'll check these p-values. And answering your question for GO enrichment analysis I've used one of the Cytoscape app called BinGO :)

I recommend the ClueGo app from Cytoscape with a very nice visual network of your GO term and not genes.

Ali Javadmanesh I've actually installed it yesterday but since you need a licence from the ClueGO authors I'm waiting for their answer :)
