I am performing some chromatography with RNA I precipitate using Ambion glycoblue. However, I see that the precipitant is hampering the column run by sequestering and changing the viscosity of the RNA during the run. Any idea as to how I can get rid of it? It seems tricky to spin it out, since it always precipitates my RNA even in aqueous solutions.
