How to get full vibrational analysis assignment data table for Raman and IR??
Is there any data base or PDF available , which listed all the vibrational assignments detail?
Is there any free software which generate the PED assignments for experimental Raman and IR results ??

For PED analysis you can use the program Veda version 4 (It is free) in combination
with Gaussian output file. You must put in the Gaussian input file the key formcheck.
Tell me if you have Gaussian for detailed instructions.
In order to view any experimental spectrum you can use a perfect program which
is Spectragryph.
