How to get cutoff values for ELISA from ROC?

I see some papers mentioning cutoff values in mg/ml or pg/ml etc. from ROC curves using youden index. How to get the cutoff in values rather than from 0 to 1. I plotted ROC curve in R. Can someone let me know how it's done.
