Professor @Farnoosh posed a wide-open question, and Psychologist @Rebelo answered it quite completely, based on his own experiences and practice. I can add nothing except to say: Try your own storytelling ... about whatever moves you!
Like Antonio Rebelo, I began posing questions, then sought to resolve those questions with dialogue (between "number characters" = us). That's the essence of my series: "The MatheMagical Powers of Zero..." (available at my RG site). Such storytelling permits a creativity beyond the rules of Science. It allows one to dream, to imagine kNewer Worlds, where personal Truth is found via ongoing dialogue with yourself. But then, that is how real Science works, as Science continually dialogues and tests hypotheses by Its many advocates (scientists +). However, Storytelling is less formal, is not necessarily constrained by reason (a "logic"), and it permits our HeartMind to fully engage Itself and Teach Itself. Again, I urge that you: "Try it"!
