Dear respected Professor and experts in this platform.
I would like to ask if anyone here has ever encountered the same problem of getting AIM file, specifically on how to get an AIM file of the whole sample instead of just a few slices, or only part of the sample.
I am currently using high-resolution peripheral quantitative CT (XTREME CT II; SCANCO MEDICAL AG).
My sample consists of both femur and tibia. Therefore, I would like to use the AIM file to view both femur and tibia in one image in 3D using 3D Slicer.
However, I usually get an incomplete form of the AIM files, for example: 1) Femur only
2) Femur only (in a few slices)
3) Tibia only (in a few slices)
4) Femur & Tibia (but in a few slices)
I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this matter.
