Hello... In rain modeling by SDSM, there are empty values in the meteorological station file. Should I leave it empty or put a zero? Does it affect the modeling values? and what does the total rainfall mean -9 or -7.....? Negative what do you mean?

If there are empty values in the meteorological station file, it's generally better to leave them empty rather than replacing them with zeros because empty values indicate missing data, while zeros would ean that there was no rainfall, and this could potentially introduce biases or inaccuracies in the model.
Empty values may still affect your results, especially if there are big gaps. You could try to fill missing values with commonly used statistical techniques (there are tons on the internet). In any case, you shouln't get negative values!

A missing values are systematically reset to a value other than 0, which you must specify in the SDSM parameters: the default value is -999. the application considers this value as missing.
0 mm/day or 0 kg/m2/s is different from an unknown or missing value.
