How to generate superoxide radicals in mice fibroblast lines by hypoxanthine and xanthine oxidase?

Hi. I'm working on SODs and oxidative stress in mice fibroblast cell lines. I want to generate superoxide radicals in cell lines using hypoxanthine and xanthine oxidase. Can anybody help me find the best concentrations of hypoxanthine and Units of xanthine oxidase?
