when I update the coupling system (between Fluent and Transient Thermal) and after 28 coupling step (nearly 160 iterations) the following error occurre:

would you help me, please?
1.) If you are using a remote license manager, then check if you lose internet connection during the simulation. If you don't have any issues with the internet and license manager, then
2.) Check the log file and see if any of the models failed to convergence. You can visualise the results obtained thus far to see if results are nonphysical at any location(s). If this is the case, then this means that there is something wrong with the material parameters and BCs and/or system coupling parameters. If the material parameters and BCs are all correct, then
3.) Rerun the simulation with different coupling parameters and tolerances.
