How to find the peaks of a PEDOT:PSS dispersion in water ?

I synthesized PEDOT:PSS at the EDOT:PSS ratio of 1:12.5 in DI water. I want to investigate the functional groups of PEDOT:PSS through FTIR but the problem is that water has a big interference, and couldn't even separate it as a background.

for your answer. It is possible to do this for the pristine PEDOT:PSS. However, I am also mixing the PEDOT:PSS with Ethylene Glycol and DMSO to see the chemical interaction that occurs. So in this case, eliminating the solvents is not helpful for me. Can you suggest some other method please?
