For me it becomes very difficult to find the literature regarding to my topic and
and the there is no literature regarding to my topic "social security in Indian
steel industry- A case of vizag steel plant". So how to find literature and do
review of it in my case. I am in complete dilemma, your valuable suggestions

You may not find something specific to the Indian steel industry, but there will material for other countries like Britain, US or Japan, where there is a strong steel industry. You need to widen your literature so that it is not focused on India only. In this manner you will learn what has been done elsewhere.
If you are unable to find anything about India, this is not bad as this will prove that the research is original and new.
