In Indian Constitution, both centre and state can amend laws with regard to labor laws, it is very tedious job to IR Managers to abide the same. Formation of union by the employees, which is basic fundamental right of citizen Wages difference related issues. The trade union role of the same is mentioned everywhere but there is no clear cut vision of their responsibilities.
