How to find gene with similar function across Bacteroides and Firmicutes?

My genes interest is EntA in E.coli. I want to find genes with similar function like EntA

in any members of Bacteroides and Firmicutes. I need the DNA sequence of EntA-like genes in these phyla.

Hi Parul, If you blast search the gene sequence (EntA) specifically for Bacteriotides and Firmicutes, you may get the answer.
