I am working on beam steering based on gradient metasurface. Mathematically I have calculated that beam will steer at angle of 32 degree. In picture attached it can seen that wave is propagating at some angle but how can I verify that whether it is propagating at the angle of 32 degree or not in simulation.

I don't know about CST, but in HFSS, or OpenEMS, I would extract E&H vectors, and calculate S vector. Another way is damping, and analyzing the phase at some reasonable distance (like in NF measurements), which works well for freq. domain solvers. BTW, normally, you do a complete FF transform in standard antenna setup, i.e. defining radiation "sphere", and getting patterns at the output.
