I have read several papers on gradient metasurface in which light wavefronts are controlled and reshaped by controlling phase of transmitted wave. So researchers very some of parameter of unit cell to get 0-2 pi phase.
Is there any one who can help me how to find phase profile using CST studio.

Sample the field (Near Field) along a line you construct, then the information of phase will be given later on the results.
Since only pghasde differences are relevant you can choose a reference for instance the incident wave, the transmitted wave of one of your structrures or any choice you find interesting. The phase of the transmitted waves of the other configurations is then found by comparing to the reference.
I have not worked with CST but with PlanOpSim you can easily find these.
For V-shapes and Pancharatnam Berry type structures there are also analytical formulas.
