Nait Eldjoudi Amina Hi, If you have the primer sequences then use NCBI BLAST and FASTA method to check for specificity for human or mouse. For this you just collect the FASTA sequences from NCBI database of your interested gene.

I looked for the whole gene sequence, and did a search of specificity for mouse species, and alignement, but it shows a very important similarity, should I find a sequence that doesnt much at all or some differences like in this exemple is enough so it wont recognise the mouse gene ?
