How to combine and fabricate two copper plates which are perpendicular to each other. In the example figure, we can see two copper plates..One vertically inclined and the other attached to it at a certain height. How is it done ? And is there any bonding material we have to use at the junction point ? how to join these two ?

The collision of two copper plates can be made possible in two ways. The first method is by welding, the second is soldering with silver solder. In the production of antennas, the perpendicular plates are made by riveting or skewing bolts.
One method is to use folding method. With proper tools one can fold the metal sheet at corners at right angle. Although if the thickness of the sheet is higher then it will not be easier to use this method.
