while designing antenna which is needed to be placed on a human body. what all parameters should one consider, specification wise and parameter wise. which antenna can be best suitable for these type of applications ??

In designing such antenna,the following parameters need to be considered:design parameters such as design factor,distance between each element,total radiation efficiency of the system.
More so,you need to see the health implication such antenna will have on human body.The best antenna would be spiral but it is expensive.

You need to take into account the required efficiency and where the antenna it is going to talk to is. The body is very lossy, so an antenna without a ground plane to hide the body from the antenna will be inefficient, but will probably talk to antennas somewhere else on the body better than an antenna with a ground plane, and will be smaller.
