I need to extract the absorption coefficient of my structure in a specific range(0.5 to 2.5 micron). I irradiated the structure with a beam at a specific wavelength. Could I take this out without any data export, equations in other software(such as MATLAB), etc.?

By tracing the incident beam you can determine the reflected power, the absorbed power and the transmitted power. Form the absorbed power you can calculate the absorption coefficient knowing the path length of the beam.
It is so that
I =I0 exp -alpha d
where Io is the incident beam power
I is the transmitted beam power
and alpha is the absorption coefficient and d the thickness of the material.
The absorbed power = I0( 1- exp -alpha d)
I do not no if there is a calculator or not in the software.
But apart from the question??
Silvaco relies on knowing the alpha to output the absorbed power!
So, alpha must be known apriori.
The absorption coefficient is a metal property and it is measured and given in tables.
