In workbench 19.2 if you know the node location that you want the results for, then simply after solution you can go to your solved model geometry and RMB on that note > insert > stress > Shear/bending "or any other result you want". you have these options at 2nd top ribbon tool bar " Node/element face/element. your selection have to be node for node results and element for element result..etc.

if you want the result for a number of nodes then you can create a "Named selection" for those nodes and then in solution "deformation, stress...etc." you can choose the scoping method to be named selection.> select your named selection for those nodes.

in addition, In workbench tree you can RMB on the model branch and insert a construction geometry then again RMB on construction geometry to insert either a path or a surface. in the solution you can scope/map your results on that path. furthermore, If you have any type of contact between the bolt and any other part, then you can insert a contact tool in the solution branch which will give you all contact results (Shear Stress of the contact, contact pressure, penetration.....etc).
