I totally agree with Arvind Singh, read the attached document (RNAextraction-Springer.pdf)and use CTAB Based Method, it works much better. Good luck

Hi Muhammad,

Have you been troubleshooting your protocol? The problem may be with technique or RNAse contaminated reagents. RNA extractions are extremely sensitive.

I like the kits better, specially when you have high number of samples. If you decide to use kit, I can give you the kit names which worked for me.
