How to export the 3D model in Sentaurus TCAD and visualize it in other softwares?

Hello everyone! I built a 3D model in Sentaurus TCAD, and I want to export this model and open it in another software, like Geant4 (maybe I need to do some format conversion). So, is there a way to do this? Thanks a lot!
